K-LITYSTREET - NO ONE is INNOCENT du 4 au 30 avril 2024
This exhibition follows the District 13 fair at the Hôtel Drouot where we presented K-litystreet as part of the K-litystreet event. Born in Paris, K-litystreet is a painter of Togolese origin. He initially pursued a career as an international professional basketball player before turning to mural painting. Deciding to fully devote himself to creation and to explore his artistic language with the world, K-litystreet offers a unique journey reflected in his work.
Self-taught, his art is both naive and brutal, surprising with its singular character. His artistic universe, marked by deep originality, amuses, moves, and questions. In line with the neo-expressionist movement, K-litystreet rejects abstraction and minimalist art, which he considers too intellectual and elitist. He favors a return to the figurative, to striking color, and fully exploits the surface of the canvas as well as the pictorial material.
You are invited to immerse yourself in his captivating universe at the "NO ONE IS INNOCENT" exhibition, which will be held at the Deux6 gallery from April 4 to April 24. A unique opportunity to discover the work of this visionary artist who transcends artistic and cultural boundaries.
